RESERVATION POLICIES
All reservations should be made in writing to the hotel’s Sales & Reservations Department by telephone (506) 2 479-1771, 479-1772, or fax number (506) 2 479-1771, 2 479-1772 or filling our ELECTRONIC RESERVATION FORM AT THIS WEB SITE, or through e-mail info@cangreja-lodge.com All reservations MUST be prepaid 10 days in advance during the High Season, and 5 days in advance during the Low Season. CHECK IN: 14:00 HRS. _-_CHECK OUT: 12:00 HRS.

CHILDREN
We accept a maximum of 2 children under the age of 10, if sharing the room with their parents.
- Children 0 to 4 years old stay free. * Children 5 to 9 years old, add $ 8 per day for breakfast and others. * Every guest over the age of 10 is considered as an adult.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS

HIGH SEASON (December - April)
Cancellations, or modifications
With more than 30 days there’s no charge
Within 30 & 15 days 20% reimbursement

LOW SEASON (May - November)
Cancellations, or modifications
With more than 15 days there’s no charge
Within 15 & 8 days 10% reimbursement

NO SHOWS
Will be charged 100% of the total number of nights reserved.
